I've been burning this in my office every evening and the Douglas fir really does come through like cold air off a tree line. The smoke note stays subtle instead of turning into a campfire, which is what usually ruins forest candles for me.

The vetiver and basil keep it from smelling like a cheap air freshener, which I appreciated. Burn time seems a bit shorter than I hoped for the price, but the fir note lingers nicely after you blow it out.
