I was a little worried about assembly, but the riveted joints make it feel rock solid and it holds all my books and a few plants without any wobble. The single-piece shape is surprisingly versatile for such a simple design, and it looks great in the hallway.
The hand-construction technique gives it a sturdiness you don’t feel in most shelving, and the single-piece shape makes styling it effortless. I’ve already rearranged it twice just to admire how the display platform catches the light.
It’s definitely a conversation piece in the living room—the riveted joinery is really the standout detail up close. Four stars because the open design means dusting is a weekly chore, but that’s the trade-off for the clean look.
